20/20

Happy new year, team! It’s a new decade, and I’m here to help you start it right. 20/20 is a Monday through Friday program: 20 minutes a day for 5 days, plus a warm up. It’s all high-intensity bodyweight workouts, challenging but super fun.

It’s all high intensity body weight exercises, super fun and challenging and I’m so excited for you all to try it.

I created the 20/20 program because it was something that I needed to balance out my busy life. I’m traveling full-time these days, and I often don’t have the time to do a full gym workout.

So I decided to step up my game: Dedicate 20 minutes a day to fun, fast-paced workouts.

20 Minutes is Enough

I had a big aha moment with this program. Growing up as an athlete, I spent a lot of time in the gym. I was trained to believe that the more I worked, the better I would feel. It took me 20 years and designing this program to teach me that 20 minutes is enough.

This workout is for tailored for those of you that already feel confident in your movement. I’m here to challenge you and make you work. We do offer a few modifications, but you will be working for the full 20 minutes. That’s why it’s only Monday through Friday; the weekends are a great time to rest up and recharge.

Monday

We’re shaking off the weekend with fast-paced squats, jumps, and lunges, interspersed with some core work so you can catch your breath.

Tuesday

Switch it up! We’re doing much shorter circuits today: 20 seconds of high-intensity cardio followed by 40 seconds of core.

Wednesday

To help you get over hump day, we’re cranking up the intensity on these movements. 30 seconds of movement, and then challenging ourselves to turn up the heat for the next 20 seconds.

You’ve almost made it! We’re celebrating the approaching weekend with mountain climbers, burpees, and (yep) more core exercises.

Let’s finish strong! We’re taking it to the next level with rapid-fire exercises interspersed with active recovery movements to get you feeling good for your weekend.

Warmup

Let’s start out with some gentler movements to get your heart rate up and your muscles loose. I recommend doing this before all your workouts; check in with your body, connect with how you’re feeling, and get ready for what’s coming next.
