“I really enjoy Kaisa's method of instructing and teaching. You can tell she is passionate about movement and mobility, but she never comes across as less than genuine or conceited (Despite her own abilities being something that many other would brag about). I enjoy the way her videos put me at ease and make me feel relaxed in their homelike setting, it's like stretching with a friend instead of watching a video of 3-5 individuals in a sterile gym setting stretch. I recently retired from the military and took a position as a deputy Fire Chief. I want to set a great example for my firefighters and family, so I still want to keep up my fitness, and this mobility program is something that lets me do that by keeping me mobile and pain free(for the most part). I do this on my own on my lunch breaks, after work with my partner, and will try and get even some stretching and mobility work in when there is some down time during the day. I can't say enough positive things about this. At the end of the day, you have to like the instructor and the way they teach in order to truly enjoy the program. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in mobility”
