“I LOVE the fact that I can just choose from any of the workouts, depending on what I want to do for the day, and depending on how sore I already am from my own exercises.
Kaisa's IN THE GYM have gotten me out of breath when doing cardio - the cardio workouts reminds me alot of like HIIT workouts except that they are longer. Which is AWESOME for me.
When doing some strength day, I get to work on some muscle groups that I tend to forget to train on as well. She's very creative!
These workout series are alot of value for the money.
They are of three warmups, 8 cardio days, and 8 strength days. = 16 whole different workouts!!
I used to follow a two month HIIT programme (not from Kaisa) with 12 different HIIT workouts combined with active rest days.
