This entry level strength workout will work your core, legs, arms, and more! We’ll use a chair, and 2 3-5 lb. dumbbells to build a strong foundation for all future movement!

Grab some mid to heavy weight dumbbells and get ready to work on strength & conditioning. This full body workout will give you a little bit of everything and have you challenging yourself!

Dumbbell Workout

A challenging total-body routine that will get your heart pumping, sweat dripping, and leave you feeling super accomplished.

Core Balance

This workout is all about stability and balance from head-to-toe. Grab some dumbbells (or soup cans) and center yourself!

Lower Body Dumbbell

Show your lower body some love with a dumbbell workout that will strengthen your base and get you sweating! Choose two dumbbell weights that you’re comfortable with—Marcus is using 20 lbs.!

Dumbbell Blast

Grab some 5-10 lbs. weights or use your own body weight to build some strength and work your core and more. This workout leverages slow and controlled movements to get the blood pumping and sweat dripping!

Total Body Dumbbell

Grab some medium-weight dumbbells or anything you can find around the house (water jugs or laundry detergent) and get ready to sweat with this total-body strengthening workout.
