This is the Mobility One routine that started it all! I refined this routine and used it as my own secret weapon over the years to take care of myself. People that have used this routine tell me it’s made such a difference in their own bodies, and nothing could make me happier!

“I've been a NASM certified personal trainer in the fitness industry since 2009, so I thought I'd seen just about every exercise in the book. After doing Mobility One as well as her month of free workouts in Januray, Kaisa has made me think of specific exercises as well as mobility in a whole new way. I love her approach to movement and body image. Her exercises and workouts are incredibly creative and thoughtful, and she makes it approachable for just about any level of exercise mastery. This is the only online workout program I have ever recommended to not just my clients but my own mom as well. I have written down just about every single exercise and workout with detailed descriptions because they are just that good.
Additionally, I've had extensive hip problems from years of overexercising and not enough stretching. I've had 3 surgeries and have been living in fairly chronic pain despite lots of PT and diligent stretching, yoga, and strategic strengthening. “I really enjoy this routine, I have a lower back injury but the emphasis on which areas to keep tight to protect your back helped me complete this routine without any risk of hurting my lower back. It is kind of like yoga and physiotherapy rolled into one great routine to warm you up in the morning before you head out for the day. It is always interesting to see what muscles are tight on which days.
One thing I would like to see are translation subtitles. My stepmother's first language is mandarin, and I think these movements would really help her as she has been having some tight shoulders lately. I try to translate for her, but I'm worried I'm missing some of the important cautions about proper form and don't want her to injury herself. I would love to share this routine with her more fully.”
