- Classes are 20–25 minutes
This series is intended for intermediate movers, with no previous yoga experience needed. Listen to your body and take rest days as needed between classes, or repeat classes you want to improve on!

Welcome to Day 2 of the Learn Crow program! Build on what you learned from Day 1 in this 18 minute yoga class with Elena. This hips and core focused class will leave you feeling accomplished and ready for Day 3!

Welcome to the halfway point of the Learn Crow program! In this 23 minute yoga class with Elena, you’ll continue to work on what you’ve learned and add some new skills to your toolbox.

On Day 4, we continue building core and shoulder strength to get you closer to that crow pose. Grab your yoga blocks and join Elena for this 20-minute intermediate flow!

For Day 5, we focus on dynamic wrist stretches, core work, and hip mobility. By this point, things will start feeling more familiar, but try to stay present with the movement, and soon you’ll be on your way to crow!
