Welcome to Day One! Virtual high-five for showing up!
Today we’re going to start in the seated position—you won’t need to stand up at all. It feels like we’ve been doing a lot of sitting in our daily lives lately, and I want to start with a routine that you can do at any point during your day.

Day Two is all about the foundation of movement. Workouts and exercise can tend to seem overly complicated or complex, but they actually all stem from just a handful of moves. Feel more empowered with better knowledge of these essential moves that we’ll take into the rest of our challenge.

It’s Day Three and you’re halfway there! Congratulations! I hope you’re starting to feel more comfortable in the fundamental movements. Today, we’re gonna kick things up a notch and put those moves together and turn them into a cohesive workout! Grab a chair and water bottle and let’s go!

Welcome to Day Four and it’s time for MORE! I’m so pumped that you’re along for this journey and today we’re just going to continue to build on the things you’ve learned so far and add a bit more of a challenge. Remember to listen to your body and take a breather if you need. Have a chair and water bottle handy and have fun!

It’s the FINAL day and it’s going to be the most exciting and challenging day of the week! We’ll push further through the movements you’ve already learned and then I’ll integrate some popular moves you may have heard of, but I’ll walk you through the proper form. Congrats on finishing the Challenge!
6 Start Cardio
This workout is designed to not only get your heart pumping, but to prepare you to graduate to more difficult movements (when you’re ready) that further challenge your mind, body, and spirit!
7 Start Strength
This entry level strength workout will work your core, legs, arms, and more! We’ll use a chair, and 2 3-5 lb. dumbbells to build a strong foundation for all future movement!
