The Living Room Series
Get a great workout inside your home, using household items in place of traditional gym equipment.
Make your living room your gym. This unique program includes: 3 total body workouts, plus a mobility routine. Even if you’re short on time, just a few minutes of movement can make all the difference!
In this program I use a suitcase, but feel free to grab any other household items of your choosing.
Living Room Mobility (18 min)
Sitting at home all day can tighten up our shoulders and hips, so this routine focuses on opening them up. Do it first thing in the morning, or in the afternoon to break up your day.
Living Room 1 (20 min)
This workout starts off a little slower with controlled moves that help you open up your hips and back and reconnect to your body. We finish it off by turning up the intensity to get you sweating!
Living Room 2 (17 min)
Don’t have weights at home? No problem! This workout utilizes a suitcase, a pair of shoes, and your own bodyweight to get you energized and build strength. (Remember, if you don’t have a suitcase, any household item will do!)
Living Room 3 (21 min)
This last routine is super fun! We start with controlled movements that focus on form and balance, and then incorporate high-intensity, Tabata-style exercises. Dig deep and enjoy!
