Mobility Bundle

Started my Mobility journey today with the 40 min program and have to say I feel fantastic. Time flew by so fast, all the movements were interesting and activating whole body and really helped me to notice where all the stiffness is building up. After couple years of struggling to work out and get to a routine, I feel like I might have finally found my motivation to exercise again! Super happy I found Kaisa from Instagram and now after first session super exited to come back for another one.

Mobility One

WOW!! Just finished my first routine!! I did the 30 minute mobility. While I might not have “nailed” or executed every stretch to perfection, it felt so good!! 20/20 Challenge

I love that I only need my yoga mat and my body weight to complete the workouts in 20/20. They are challenging for me as a beginner, however, I feel good after the 20-minute session. It reminds me of when I was an athlete in high school. It's in those moments when my brain switches to "game mode". Thank you, Kaisa, for this program.

Mobility One

This workout is a great addition to my routine. I think it's smart to focus on mobility, now that I'm in my early 40s. I have felt my body getting more stiff, limited, and achey, despite trying hard to stay active. I want to make this a good habit to prevent injury and feel as good as I can as I age.

Bodyweight Workout Pack

I do a lot of cycling in the warm months but get bored in the colder months spinning inside so bought the Bodyweight Workout Pack and was not disappointed! Easy to follow instructions, enough encouragement but no yelling and extra unnecessary hype so that rewatching is dreaded. Thank you Kaisa for being awesome!
