App Questions

By downloading the app, have I automatically started paying any fees?

Nope! You are not charged simply by downloading the app.

You are free to navigate and explore the app to get a feel of the content within, and you are also able to watch any preview videos that are available.

How do I subscribe or sign-up to the app?

To sign-up you simply need to create an account by following the colored buttons that appear when you try to access a locked workout. When you tap on a locked item, you will be prompted with any subscription and purchase options.

The subscription also includes access to the content on our website.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you first signed up on the  website, then you will need to cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the website.

IMPORTANT: If you signed up via an in-app purchase, then all in-app subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google, and Roku. To cancel your in-app subscriptions please follow the instructions for your device below:

Can I get a refund?

If you signed up via the website, please contact us for a refund.

All in-app subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple for iOS and Google for Android. If you would like a refund for any reason, then you will need to contact them on the links below.

Can I save or download videos to view offline?

Yes! Once you have signed up you can download any item of content by using the “cloud icon” on the top right corner of each thumbnail. The item will begin downloading with a progress bar below. Once that is completed, you will now be able to view that item anytime, anywhere without internet.

How do I use Airplay or Chromecast?

To use AirPlay or Chromecast, make sure you are within range and connected to the devices or network.

When you’re playing a video inside the app, look for the icon of the device you’re trying to connect to in the bottom right of the video.

Press the icon it will connect! If it doesn’t, please check your connections.

Can I access my account on another device (i.e. if I purchased on iPhone can I access my account on Android)?

Yes. Simply download the app from the App Store for that device, and log in using your account.
