I had my right hip replaced and the left hip is a bit tight but I was able to move through this. I will continue this workout for 5 days and move to Mobility One. “I got sars-cov-2 back in March (aka coronavirus, COVID-19, the Rona) and since then I have struggled. Before getting sick I would run 3 miles and do HIIT without complications, ran a half marathon the year before and have been struggling with my breathing and fatigue to get back in shape.
